OUR SHIPPING POLICY Every effort is made to ship your products within 24 hours of receiving your order. The most cost efficient way to ship items and to keep shipping fees as low as possible is by using FedEx Ground. We ship via FedEx Ground on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (except on Federal holidays). In the event that an item is on backorder, we will make every possible attempt to notify you within 24 hours that there will be a delay. Once an item is shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number that you can use to track your package online.
We can rush ship your order via 2nd day air at your request for an additional charge. We also offer additional shipping methods for orders required within a shorter time frame. For Continental United States orders, we offer FedEx 2-Day Service. Once an item leaves our facility, it takes 2-Day Service. Once an item leaves our facility, it takes 2 full business days to reach its destination.
